We know that the right help, information or service when you or your family needs it can be key to managing your day-to-day needs. The following list of resources may help you find what you need.

Como Park/Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program also provides many of these services.  Depending on the service, fees may apply.  Please contact us for more information at 651-642-1127.

Our registered nurse, Nicole, will come to the home and provide foot care for nondiabetic seniors. Foot care includes: Cleaning feet, Trimming nails, Massaging for circulation.  She can only serve people who live in Como Park and Falcon Heights.  She cannot take insurance.
